USB 3.2 Gen 2 full performance can only be achieved on USB-C host devices with a USB-C to USB-C cable. Use a USB-C to USB-A adapter for older devices. The X9 Pro is backward compatible with 5 Gb/s USB 3.2 Gen 1 (USB 3.1 Gen 1/USB 3.0).

xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
